We assist organisations to implement Customer Focused Training. As part of our comprehensive service, Standards Wise offer individualised Training packages, for Boards, Managers and Staff. 

Customer service is an important part of striving for excellence in service delivery and is part of a culture of service to vulnerable peoples. It is the responsibility of everyone in an organisation to drive a Customer Focused approach.


We have implemented our Customer Focused Approach within the Disability and Aged Care sectors through Customer Focused Training and support. Other recent projects have included developing a whole of organisation customer service map to inform their approach to consumer service Touchpoints. This is a valuable tool for implementing cultural change management within an organisation.
