Meet us at the NCF CEO's Conference

Looking forward to helping create the UK’s future of social care
Having worked with the National Care Forum (NCF), the UK’s membership organisation for not-for-profit organisations in the care and support sector, last year, we are proud to support its CEO's Conference, 13/14 September 2021 at the Tower Hill Hotel, Tower Bridge, London, UK.
The pandemic has put the spotlight on the adult social care sector and social care, the care workforce, and customer expectations are changing.
Aimed at CEOs, Senior Directors and Trustees from the NCF membership, this conference brings together a range of speakers and workshop leaders to help attendees think about the future, and develop strategies for years to come.
Topics covered include changing demographics, the customer of the future, planning now for the employee of the future and valuing the workforce. Rob Martin, Managing Director Care Services, Anchor Hanover will look at the future design of care homes and Dr Adrian Hayter, National Clinical Director for Older People and Integrated Person Centred Care, NHS England and NHS Improvement will discuss how community health needs will be addressed in the future.
As well as support for older people, the event will also look at future services for supporting people with a learning disability and autism, and with climate change on the horizon, there will be a workshop on greener care.
In this changing landscape, and new evidence supporting best practice, standards will need to be reviewed and assessed.
This is where we come in.
Maintaining standards isn’t just about a tick from regulatory bodies; standards are essential in helping organisations be innovative, reduce costs, and maintain respect and competitiveness in the marketplace.
