Working with our partner, Dialog, our exciting new website has been designed with decision makers in mind; it is easier to navigate, has improved functionality and layout for all devices, and generally gives a better experience for users.
New sections include an events page and FAQs about our services.
David Stevens, Group Managing Director, Standards Wise International Pty Ltd says, “The effortless navigation and functional layout make it easy to learn about our products and to locate valuable information about our services. We now have a blog section and in the coming months our international team of experts will be sharing thought leadership insights into senior living, ageing and care.”
“We also encourage you to follow us on social media where we are sharing examples of innovative programmes and articles of interest from around the world; we are active on twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.”
Recognising the need for worldwide standards in senior living, ageing and care, we bring together international experts in the sector, where knowledge is exchanged, professionalism is increased and the future is formed. We are dedicated to ensuring standards are formed and in place to ensure the best possible outcomes for organisations and the people they serve.”
Standards Wise Australia was launched in 2014; since then, we have launched Standards Wise India and Standards Wise UK, and are working with sector leaders in many other countries around the world.
Last year, in the UK, we partnered with the National Care Forum (NCF) and Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) to develop a leading-edge audit tool that supports organisations to assess their own Infection Prevention and Control practices. This greatly helps with preparing evidence for audit, which not only meets the UK’s regulator Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) requirements but also conforms to international standards.
In January 2021 we were honoured to speak at the Association of Senior Living (ASLI) 3rd Annual Senior Care Conclave. During this three-day virtual event, which had over 7,000 attendees, we promoted the importance of Standards in Senior Living for customers, staff, and the whole sector in this wonderful country; five weeks later we launched a trial in five pilot care facilities in India, and completed the first workshops with the partner organisations just two weeks after the pilot launch.
At the heart of everything we do, our approach to standards and excellence is based on the 5 ‘I’s:
“Through our international network, we are constantly reviewing standards and best practice, researching health outcomes and innovative technology, and much more to ensure services and housing for seniors are people and customer centric. Our aim is to help everyday lives be easier, safer and healthier and for organisations become more efficient, successful and sustainable,” concludes David.
